The Royal Ploughing Ceremony Day has existed for a long time to make moral supports to the grain foods and the rice farmers and to predict the weather conditions and the rice yields to be rolled out in the harvest season approaching.
Program on Thursday 13th May, 2010
07.30 am. : – Arrival of the audiences
- The procession of Phraya Raek Na (Load of the Royal Ploughing Ceremory)
leaves the Grand Palace for the pavillion at the Phra Meru Ground (Sanam Luang)
08.30 am. : – Arrival of Their Majesties the King and Queen
- The Royal Ploughing Ceremony
10.00 am. : – End of the Ceremony
